haven’t tested the recipe with honey so cannot comment on the amount. If you need to use honey, please modify as per your flavor buds. Also condensed milk tends to make the kulfi creamy so I gained’t propose switching or skipping it.Most wonderful mango kulfi, that I have ever had.
